Ricardo began his career in 1999 as a web designer and later transitioned into web development, allowing him to be involved in web projects during the early days of the Internet. In 2001, he founded a digital marketing agency, laying the groundwork for what would eventually become Share IT. At his agency, he focused on growing and managing the business while developing his digital marketing skills. Since 2009, Ricardo has been a regular speaker at digital marketing and Internet technology events. Having lived in multiple countries across Europe and North America, he actively participated in numerous international projects. Ricardo has extensive experience in business management, business development, digital marketing, project management and team management.

With degrees in auditing, tax law, accounting and business administration, Sílvia began her career in the public sector in 2003, working in financial services, where she later became responsible for the accounting department. In 2006, she took on the role of Manager of the newly created Planning and Control department, which she supervised from its inception. In 2008, Sílvia joined Deloitte as an internal auditor, starting as a Specialist and progressing to a supervisory role, where she was responsible for overseeing a team and conducting financial and operational audits. In 2015 she joined Share IT as COO. With her extensive background, she oversees the operations, finance services, and human resources. She also plays a vital role in the management, actively contributing to all strategic and operational decisions.

With a professional degree in Applied Information Technology, Diogo began his professional career in 2007 as a web developer at the digital marketing agency that would eventually become Share IT. In 2009, he took on the role of Support & Systems Manager, overseeing both the agency's support team and the management of its web server infrastructure. By 2012, already under the Share IT name, Diogo advanced to the position of IT & Systems Director. With numerous technology certifications and extensive experience in IT, cloud computing, infrastructure and cybersecurity, he currently leads our IT & Systems team. Diogo also regularly assists our team and clients with technology and infrastructure implementation, as well as decisions related to our technological infrastructure.
